NEW MEMBERSHIPS

 If you know of anyone who may be interested in joining the Ottawa Women’s Canadian Club, please invite them to join you at a luncheon and introduce them to the Executive Secretary or the Membership Chair so we may provide them with a membership application.

 CHANGE OF ADDRESS

 Change of address should be sent to the Executive Secretary Judy Paré to ensure the accuracy of our mailing list.

 Note from the Board:

 When a luncheon ticket is purchased it will have a table number on it which confirms a seat at that table. Anyone wanting to change seats or to sit with a friend at a specific table should contact the Ticket Chair in advance of the  luncheon so as to avoid any confusion.

 Note: Telephone reservations must be paid for unless the Ticket Chair receives cancellation before 5 p.m. the Friday prior to the day of the luncheon.

 Guests are welcome at all luncheons. The cost of a guest ticket is $55.00. Each guest is only entitled to attend two luncheons in one Club year as a non-member.

 Requests for future luncheons may be left in the box on the ticket table. Be sure to list names of the members wishing to sit together. Include cheques and a stamped, self-addressed envelope. The tickets will be mailed to you.

 Luncheon Day Purchases. A limited number of tickets may be on sale at the ticket table prior to the luncheon for members or guests.
